Call Scorecard Builder

Scores sales calls against a per-call-type behavior checklist, prospecting, discovery, demo, pricing, close, citing the exact transcript moment for every behavior observed and surfacing which behaviors are most commonly missing across a group of calls.

The problem

"Good energy" on a call doesn't tell a rep what to fix. A specific missing behavior does, especially when it's tied to the exact moment it should have shown up.

How it works

  1. 01Reads a transcript export and a per-call-type behavior checklist with trigger phrases for each behavior
  2. 02Scans the rep's own lines for each behavior's trigger phrases
  3. 03Cites the exact timestamp and quote for every behavior actually observed
  4. 04Surfaces which behaviors are most commonly missing across a whole batch of calls, not just one

Verified on real test data

Two synthetic Discovery-call transcripts scored against the same 5-behavior checklist, one call hitting most of the checklist, one call missing most of it.

Two calls that might get the same subjective "felt fine" review scored differently, and differently, on specific, checkable behaviors.

Questions about Call Scorecard Builder

Does this understand tone or just keywords?

Just keywords and phrases, honestly. It's a pattern-matcher: a behavior counts as observed only if a defined trigger phrase appears in a rep line. It won't judge how well something was said, only whether the topic came up at all.

Can it score reps against each other?

It scores calls, not reps, on purpose. Aggregating to a rep level ignores that some reps get harder calls than others; that comparison is a separate, more careful analysis.
